Shaylyn Proulx, DNP, FNP, CPNP, is a dual board-certified family and pediatric nurse practitioner. She is a proud graduate of University of San Diego where she obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and she is expected to graduate and obtain her Psychiatric/Mental Health certification this summer. She has spent the majority of her nursing career working in pediatrics in various settings including the Pediatric Intensive Care unit at Children's Hospital Colorado before attending her graduate program. Ms. Shaylyn is passionate about optimizing both the physical and mental health of her patients by prioritizing building healthy habits alongside medical intervention as needed. She is a military spouse who relocated to Annapolis a year ago alongside her husband and their two pets, corgi Whiskey and cat Skrimp, and she is happy to finally be setting down roots!
