Dear South River Pediatrics families,   When Azam Baig, MD, started South River Pediatrics in July of 1983, he set out with the goal of creating a practice that cares for patients like family while providing modern, quality care. After four decades of caring for countless wonderful patients and generations of families, Dr. Baig has made the very difficult decision to retire.
