Dr. Baig is Retiring

Dear South River Pediatrics families,

When Azam Baig, MD, started South River Pediatrics in July of 1983, he set out with the goal of creating a practice that cares for patients like family while providing modern, quality care. After four decades of caring for countless wonderful patients and generations of families, Dr. Baig has made the very difficult decision to retire. His last day in the practice will be Tuesday, October 21st.

As Dr. Baig departs to enjoy well deserved time traveling, gardening and refining his golf game, it is very important to us that you continue to receive the exceptional care you’ve come to trust from South River Pediatrics. We are confident that Kennon Harris, MD; Melissa Dittrich, MD; Monee Mickens, MD; Holly Mohr, CRNP; Krystal Tibbs, CPNP; and Samantha Rose, CRNP, will provide your child and your family with excellent care.
