Insurance Information

South River Pediatrics, LLC accepts and participates with many insurance companies and managed health care programs. Provided is a list of insurance companies that we currently participate with. Co-pays, co-insurances, and account balances are due at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards. There is a $40.00 return check fee. To ensure that we have the most current and correct information on file, please be prepared to provide a copy of your insurance card and valid I.D. at every appointment

 

As parents ourselves, we understand how important it is to have accurate and up-to-date insurance information. That's why at South River Pediatrics, we have a dedicated billing staff available to assist you with any questions you may have.
